SHIPPING

Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from time of payment confirmation, though lead times may vary depending on circumstances such as weather and significant order volume increases, which may add up to 5 business days for processing.  For domestic orders: delivery can take 3-7 business days from the time it leaves our facility.


Most orders will include a tracking number. To keep your shipping and handling costs as low as possible we may forgo the option for a tracking number. We use USPS for most orders.


As of right now, we will NOT offer International Shipping. We want to have this option and will be working to be able to add the availability in the future. Apologies for any inconveniences.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. To complete your return, please email us via customerservice@asc-salon.com.
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was received within the last 15 days. 
  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging (if applicable), with original tags. 
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition.
  • You have the receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase. 

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

Refunds will be issued back to the form of payment used. This includes gift cards. We cannot refund another form of payment if a gift card was used at checkout. Orders made with Cryptocurrency may not be refunded, store credit may be issued with eligible return.

Alana Strock & Company will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a printed product unless

  • the product was misprinted
  • the product was damaged (excluding damages during delivery)
  • the product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly, the product is the wrong size, color, or type, etc.).

Alana Strock & Company has the sole discretion to grant a refund (including the refund method), credit your account, or replace a printed product. In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph and a brief explanation of the problem to Alana Strock & Company via email at customerservice@asc-salon.com within 15 days of delivery.

For clarification, Alana Strock & Company will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a printed product solely because:

  • it was unsatisfactory for any reason (excluding the matching of the provided fulfillment information)
  • the shipping provider did not complete delivery/the delivery was late

In such cases, you must attempt to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping provider. For lost or stolen package information see below.
We strongly encourage you to email us before returning any product to consult with a customer service representative on the eligibility of your order for return or exchange.
If you choose to return your order without consulting us and it does not meet all of our requirements, a refund will not be issued and you will be notified via email with any and all options available to you on how to proceed.
Note: We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or special promotion. This includes but is not limited to; Free Gift Promos,  discount codes greater than 15%, or Free Shipping promotions.
Note:  Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear,  accident, improper care or cleaning (including odor), or non-standard usage or negligence. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package.

We strongly recommend that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has left our warehouse.  

If you have any questions regarding the tracking information given to you or your package shows delivered and you can’t find it, please contact your local post office for assistance. We only see what the tracking page says, but your local post office can give you more information.

If you don’t believe a delivery was made,  please follow the instructions on the appropriate Proof of Non-Delivery  Form (below) and submit it to customerservice@asc-salon.com.
